SHIPPING POLICY
UK Standard Delivery - 3-5 Working Days £2.99. This is a standard service delivered via EVRI or Royal Mail.
UK Next Working Day Delivery £7.99. Only applied on orders placed between Monday - Thursday 1pm.
UK Saturday Delivery is £8. This service should be used on a Friday when you need the item delivered on a Saturday. Orders must be made before 3pm on the Friday afternoon to ensure this is posted.

Orders placed before 3pm will be packaged and sent on the same day. If you place your order after 3pm, this will be sent out the following working day.

Delivery outside of the UK is at a flat rate of £15 depending on location. Delivery to EU countries usually takes around 5 working days. To the rest of the world, it can take around 10 working days to arrive to its destination. We use a tracked and signed for service. Delivery to EU countries usually takes around 5-10 working days. To the rest of the world, it can take around 10-15 working days to arrive . We use a tracked service with Royal Mail. If customs charge applies, this will be paid by the customer. The shipping company will be in contact with you regarding this. Please note, if the customs charges arent paid, this will delay the delivery of your parcel. (Customs charges do not apply to all parcels).
Please note, orders marked as 'Pre Order' take around 10-14 days to arrive to us. Once the item has arrived, the chosen delivery service (selected when checking out), will be used to send your item.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer refunds however you can return the item in exchange for another providing we are notified within 7 days of receipt.
All tags must be left on the item and there must be no damage. We complete a full quality check of our clothing before it is shipped therefore if the item is damaged it is likely to have occurred during transit and in this instance please email us - hannabellauk@gmail.com.
Any difference in price will be credited via a voucher that may be used on our website.
Vouchers can be used up to 1 year after it is issued to you. The credit note will be sent to the email address used to purchase the item. Please allow up to 7 days for this to be submitted from the day the item is received back.
We do not accept exchanges or refunds on any sale items.
